Delete your Brand Share account

One account covers brandshare.io and the Brand Share app. Deleting it removes it from both.

How to delete it

• In the app: Profile, then Delete account.
• On this page: sign in and confirm with your password below.
• If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account: info@brandshare.io. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your login, name and profile.
• Your backlink swaps, saved items, partner searches, recommendations and email verifications.
• Your access to any brand you manage. A brand nobody else manages is unpublished and its contact email removed.
• Any paid plan, which is cancelled immediately.

What is kept

• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax law requires.
• Emails already delivered to other businesses on your behalf, which are in their mailboxes, not ours.
