How access works

Admin
Full control: edit the listing, send and accept backlink requests, and manage who else has access.
Manager
Edit the listing and handle backlink requests, but cannot change who has access.
Viewer
See the listing and its backlink activity, with no changes.

Seniority decides the admin seat: a claim from owner@ or admin@ outranks one from marketing@, and the previous admin stays on as a manager rather than losing access. If two mailboxes carry the same authority, a dispute is opened for our team to settle.
