Business Listings

When you submit a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. All information provided must be accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

Backlinking Requirements

To maintain your listing, you must keep the backlink to a Brand Share listed business active on your website. If the backlink is removed, your listing may be deactivated.

Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings for illegal activities, adult content, hate speech, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Brand Share is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
