接受条款

使用 Brand Share 即表示您同意这些条款。如果您不同意，请不要使用该平台。如果您代表企业，则您确认您有权代表该企业接受这些条款。

Brand Share 是什么

Brand Share 是一个目录和匹配工具。我们帮助企业在相邻的利基市场中找到非竞争企业，将其引入，并验证每个企业是否相互关联。我们不是 SEO 机构，我们不出售链接，也不保证任何搜索排名、流量或商业结果。

账户

您对您的帐户下发生的情况负责，并确保您的密码安全。提供准确的信息并保持最新。我们可能会暂停或关闭违反这些条款的帐户。

企业名录

When you submit or claim a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that business and that the information is accurate and not misleading. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on Brand Share and in related material while your listing is live. A listing must include a logo or image. We may edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms.

免费上市

有两种免费的列表途径，并且都不需要付费：

• Backlink Partner。 在您的网站上发布指向 BrandShare.io 的可见且可追踪的链接。它必须是真实页面上的正常链接：未隐藏，未标记 nofollow, sponsored or ugc. Your site must also be at least six months old, have at least ten pages, and you must verify a work email on your own domain. If the link is later removed, the listing that link earned may be withdrawn.
• Elite Affiliate Partner。 注册 affiliates@brandshare.io 在您的联属网络营销或推荐计划中，并向我们提供其发布的跟踪链接。然后，您的列表的“访问网站”按钮会使用该链接，并明确向访问者公开。没有反向链接、域名年龄或网站大小要求。您可以随时撤回，这将使列表恢复为标准列表。

安置计划

在目录中的放置是有序的。付费计划决定列表的位置，而不是它是否出现：

• Spotlight: $9 per month, or $90 per year.
• Headline: $29 per month, or $290 per year.
• Marquee: $79 per month, or $790 per year.

Elite Affiliate Partner 的排名介于 Marquee 和 Headline 之间，因为联属网络营销链接每次点击都会获利。计划适用于您拥有的一个列表。

您的列表永远不会因为不付款而被删除。 If a plan lapses or is cancelled, the listing moves down the page and stays published.

计费、续订和取消

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us; placement continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which the listing drops back. We do not refund part-used periods. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to your renewal.

反向链接交换和邀请

我们的爬虫会检查交换的双方：您与合作伙伴的链接，以及他们与您的链接。检查会定期重复，因此稍后删除的链接可能会更改交换的状态。

邀请是向真实企业发送的消息，因此：

• 仅将它们发送给您真正想要合作的企业。
• 请勿将邀请用于广告、招聘或任何与链接交换无关的活动。
• 免费帐户有每日和终生邀请限制。不要尝试解决这些问题，包括使用多个帐户。
• 任何人都可以撤回他们发送的邀请；当这种情况发生时，另一件事就会被告知。

滥用邀请是失去帐户的最快方式，因为它会使其他所有用户的消息面临风险。

品牌管理与纠纷

Control of a listing is proved by a verified email address on the business's own domain, or by verifying control of the domain itself. Where two people claim the same brand, we resolve it by the seniority of the verified address, and proven control of the website outranks an address alone. Contested claims are held for review. Our decision on who controls a listing is final, and it does not decide who owns a trademark.

附属链接和披露

Brand Share 上的某些链接是联属链接，当您使用这些链接时，我们可能会赚取佣金，而无需您支付额外费用。这些都在页面上标记并使用 rel =“赞助”. We do not accept payment to write a favourable description of a business, and a commission does not buy a higher position than the published tier system allows.

可接受的使用

请勿使用 Brand Share 发布或宣传非法活动、成人内容、仇恨言论、恶意软件或任何侵犯他人权利的内容。请勿大规模抓取网站、尝试破坏其安全性、提交不存在的企业列表或使用其构建链接网络。我们可能会删除其中任何内容并关闭帐户。

其他企业和第三方网站

列表描述了我们无法控制的独立企业。我们不认可他们、验证他们的商品或服务，也不对您与他们的交易承担责任。您可以自行决定点击出站链接。

终止

您可以随时停止使用 Brand Share 并删除您的帐户。如果违反这些条款或法律要求，我们可能会暂停或终止访问。终止后应继续有效的部分（责任、免责声明以及有关已付款的任何内容）继续适用。

免责声明和责任限制

Brand Share按“原样”和“可用”提供，不提供任何形式的保证。我们不保证平台不会中断或没有错误，不保证合作伙伴会做出回应，不保证会放置链接，也不保证其中任何一项都会提高您的搜索可见性。自动检查可能会出错，并且搜索引擎会在没有通知的情况下改变其行为。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任，包括利润、收入、流量或排名损失。如果无法排除责任，则责任仅限于您在过去 12 个月内向我们支付的金额或 50 美元中的较高者。这里没有任何内容限制不能合法限制的责任。

适用法律

Brand Share 由特拉华州有限责任公司 Brand Share, LLC 运营。这些条款受特拉华州法律管辖，不考虑其法律冲突规则，任何争议将由位于特拉华州的州或联邦法院处理。

条款变更

我们可能会更新这些条款。我们将更改顶部的日期，对于重大更改，我们将通过电子邮件告知帐户持有人。变更后继续使用该平台即表示您接受该变更。

Google 用户数据和 Google API 服务

我们访问的数据

We request a single Google OAuth permission: the Gmail send-email scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) for one Google account that we own and operate. This permission lets our application send email on behalf of that account. We do not 读取、下载、存储或收集 Gmail 邮件、草稿、联系人、标签、个人资料信息或任何其他 Google 数据，并且我们绝不会访问属于我们网站访问者或用户的 Google 帐户。

我们如何使用数据

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. The only transfer that occurs is the delivery of each email to its intended recipient through Google's own Gmail servers. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide this sending feature through Google's APIs, to comply with applicable law, or as part of an email you have asked us to send.

数据存储和保护

We do not store Gmail messages or Google account content. The OAuth credentials used to authorize sending (a refresh token) are stored as encrypted, server-side environment variables with our hosting provider, are restricted to our application, and are never exposed in client-side code or to the public. We protect all data in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption and apply industry-standard security controls.

数据保留和删除
