同意條款

使用 Brand Share 即表示您同意本條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本平台。若您是以企業名義行事，您確認您已獲授權代表該企業接受本條款。

什麼是 Brand Share

Brand Share 是一個目錄與配對工具。我們協助企業尋找鄰近利基市場中不具競爭關係的企業，為雙方進行引薦，並確認雙方已互相建立連結。我們並非 SEO 代理商，不販售連結，亦不保證任何搜尋排名、流量或商業成果。

帳戶

您須對您帳戶下的所有活動負責，並確保密碼安全。請提供正確資訊並保持資料最新。若帳戶違反本條款，我們可能會暫停或關閉該帳戶。

企業名錄

When you submit or claim a listing you confirm you are authorised to act for that business and that the information is accurate and not misleading. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on Brand Share and in related material while your listing is live. A listing must include a logo or image. We may edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms.

部分商家資訊是由 Brand Share 從公開來源或聯盟計畫中新增的，因此標示為「非業主驗證」，而非「業主驗證」。若某則商家資訊描述的是您的企業，且您希望管理或移除該資訊，您可以透過驗證該企業網域下的電子郵件地址來申領該資訊。

免費刊登資訊

有兩種免費方式可以讓商品上架，兩者都不需要付款：

• Backlink Partner。 請在您的網站上發布一個可見且可點擊的連結，指向 BrandShare.io。該連結必須是真實頁面上的正常連結：不得隱藏，亦不得標記為 nofollow, sponsored or ugc. Your site must also be at least six months old, have at least ten pages, and you must verify a work email on your own domain. If the link is later removed, the listing that link earned may be withdrawn.
• Elite Affiliate Partner。 報名 affiliates@brandshare.io 請加入您的聯盟行銷或推薦計畫，並提供該計畫生成的追蹤連結。您的商品資訊中的「造訪網站」按鈕將使用該連結，並會向訪客明確揭露此連結。此服務無需任何反向連結、網域年齡或網站規模的限制。您可隨時退出該計畫，屆時該商品資訊將恢復為標準格式。

安置計畫

目錄中的排序是按序號排列的。付費方案決定的是條目在目錄中的位置，而非是否顯示：

• Spotlight: $9 per month, or $90 per year.
• Headline: $29 per month, or $290 per year.
• Marquee: $79 per month, or $790 per year.

Elite Affiliate Partner 的排名介於 Marquee 和 Headline 之間，因為每當有人點擊聯盟連結時，您就能獲得收益。此方案僅適用於您擁有的單一商品列表。

您的刊登絕不會因未付款而被移除。 If a plan lapses or is cancelled, the listing moves down the page and stays published.

帳單、續約與取消

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us; placement continues until the end of the period already paid for, after which the listing drops back. We do not refund part-used periods. If we change a price we will tell you before it applies to your renewal.

隨著平台的發展，排名、顯示的刊登數量以及分級制度本身都可能有所變動。我們不會在未事先通知您的情況下，於付費方案有效期內削減其功能。

反向連結交換與邀請

我們的爬蟲程式會檢查交換連結的雙方：您指向合作夥伴的連結，以及對方指向您的連結。檢查會定期重複進行，因此若後續有連結被移除，可能會改變該交換連結的狀態。

邀請函是發送給真實企業的訊息，因此：

• 請僅將這些資料發送給您真正希望合作的企業。
• 請勿將邀請函用於廣告、招募，或任何與連結交換無關之用途。
• 免費帳戶設有每日及終身邀請次數上限。請勿試圖規避這些限制，包括使用多個帳戶的方式。
• 任何人都可以撤回自己發出的邀請；一旦發生這種情況，其他相關方將會收到通知。

濫用邀請功能是導致帳號被停用的最快方式，因為這會危及其他所有使用者的訊息安全。

品牌管理與爭議

Control of a listing is proved by a verified email address on the business's own domain, or by verifying control of the domain itself. Where two people claim the same brand, we resolve it by the seniority of the verified address, and proven control of the website outranks an address alone. Contested claims are held for review. Our decision on who controls a listing is final, and it does not decide who owns a trademark.

聯盟連結與聲明

Brand Share 上的部分連結為聯盟行銷連結，當您透過這些連結進行消費時，我們可能會獲得佣金，但您無需支付任何額外費用。這些連結已在頁面中標示，並使用 rel="sponsored". We do not accept payment to write a favourable description of a business, and a commission does not buy a higher position than the published tier system allows.

可接受的使用規範

請勿利用 Brand Share 發布或推廣非法活動、成人內容、仇恨言論、惡意軟體，或任何侵犯他人權利的內容。 請勿大規模抓取本網站資料、企圖突破其安全防護、提交不存在的企業資訊，或利用本網站建立連結網絡。若發生上述任何情況，我們可能會移除相關內容並關閉帳戶。

其他企業及第三方網站

這些列表所介紹的均為獨立經營的企業，我們對其並無控制權。我們既不為其背書，亦不核實其商品或服務，且對您與其之間的交易概不負責。點擊外部連結請自行斟酌。

終止

您可以隨時停止使用 Brand Share 並刪除您的帳戶。若違反本條款，或法律另有規定，我們可能會暫停或終止您的使用權限。終止後仍應繼續有效的條款（包括責任條款、免責聲明，以及有關已支付款項的任何內容）將繼續適用。

免責聲明與責任限制

Brand Share以「現況」和「現有」提供，不提供任何形式的保證。我們不保證平台不會中斷或沒有錯誤，不保證合作夥伴會做出回應，不保證會放置鏈接，也不保證其中任何一項都會提高您的搜索可見性。自動檢查可能會出錯，搜尋引擎會在沒有通知的情況下改變其行為。

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對間接、附帶或衍生性損失（包括利潤、收入、流量或排名的損失）概不負責。若無法排除責任，則責任限額以您在過去十二個月內向我們支付的金額與五十美元中的較高者為準。本條款中的任何內容均不限制依法不得限制之責任。

適用法律

Brand Share 由 Brand Share, LLC（一家特拉華州有限責任公司）營運。本條款受特拉華州法律管轄，不適用其法律衝突規則，且任何爭議均應由位於特拉華州的州法院或聯邦法院處理。

條款變更

我們可能會更新這些條款。屆時我們將更新頁首的日期，若屬重大變更，我們將透過電子郵件通知帳戶持有人。在條款變更後繼續使用本平台，即表示您接受該變更。

Google 用戶資料和 Google API 服務

Brand Share 運用 Google API，透過我們擁有並營運的品牌信箱發送交易電子郵件。以下說明本應用程式如何依照《Google API 服務使用者資料政策》的規定，存取、使用、儲存、分享及保留 Google 使用者資料。此聲明亦刊載於我們的 隱私權政策.

我們所存取的資料

We request a single Google OAuth permission: the Gmail send-email scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) for one Google account that we own and operate. This permission lets our application send email on behalf of that account. We do not 閱讀、下載、儲存或蒐集 Gmail 郵件、草稿、聯絡人、標籤、個人資料，或任何其他 Google 資料；且我們絕不會存取本網站訪客或使用者所屬的 Google 帳戶。

我們如何使用這些資料

我們僅將 Gmail 的發送權限用於傳送營運及交易相關的電子郵件，例如聯絡表單確認信、商業資訊刊登及互惠反向連結請求通知，以及對詢問的直接回覆。我們不會將 Google 資料用於廣告、建立用戶檔案、訓練機器學習或人工智慧模型，亦不會用於任何與發送上述訊息無關之目的。

資料共享

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. The only transfer that occurs is the delivery of each email to its intended recipient through Google's own Gmail servers. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide this sending feature through Google's APIs, to comply with applicable law, or as part of an email you have asked us to send.

資料儲存和保護

We do not store Gmail messages or Google account content. The OAuth credentials used to authorize sending (a refresh token) are stored as encrypted, server-side environment variables with our hosting provider, are restricted to our application, and are never exposed in client-side code or to the public. We protect all data in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption and apply industry-standard security controls.

資料保留和刪除

由於我們不會讀取或儲存 Google 用戶資料，因此我們沒有任何 Google 用戶資料需要保留。您可以隨時透過您的 Google 帳戶權限頁面，撤銷對我們應用程式的存取權限，網址為： myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends our access. You may also email us at privacy@brandshare.io 要求撤銷或刪除任何相關紀錄，我們將迅速處理此類請求。

有限使用

Brand Share 對從 Google API 接收之資訊的使用及傳輸至任何其他應用程式，均將遵循 Google API 服務使用者資料政策, including the Limited Use requirements.
