Description

Welcome to Turtle Way Fit! Over the past few years, I’ve learned a lot about health and fitness. This came from making incremental changes that allowed me to reach my goals.

I decided to start this website for several reasons. The first was to help people struggling to start or stay motivated. I know that it can be frustrating when you’re not seeing progress; or when you have a hard time sticking to a diet or workout routine. I fought through this myself, and I want to help others overcome those obstacles more easily than I did.

The second reason was to provide a source that encouraged people to be happy with the way they are. My objective isn’t necessarily to help you get shredded, but to help you find a point where you’re happy with your lifestyle and state of fitness. It’s up to you to decide what that balance means in your life. If you want to get ripped, I can help with that too.

The third reason was to challenge myself to learn more about fitness. I want to create high-quality articles, backed by research about topics that I find interesting and would be useful for my readers.

The fourth reason is to hopefully make fitness my living. I’d like to have my own business and be able to build it in my own way. That being said, there will be affiliate links and I’ll eventually have an area dedicated to affiliate products. Affiliate links are products that I recommend and receive a commission on if a purchase is made through said link. This comes at no extra cost to you, I only receive compensation for the recommendation.

My promise to you is to do my best to provide quality content and to only recommend products that I would personally use.

Eventually, I would also like to create my own products; such as books, programs, and equipment.

I am currently in the process of becoming a NASM certified personal trainer, and by day I work as an engineer. Although I’m not currently certified, I see this as an opportunity to connect with readers and gain a better understanding of what you would like to see in the future.

With that, I hope you enjoy the site and would love your feedback and support!
